Night Reservations Co-ordinator

Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, 20:00pm - 06:30am

£19 per hour

Contract: Temporary - approximately 3 months (flexibility required, as duration may vary)

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Night Reservations Co-ordinator to join our Night Team on a temporary basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting our operations by ensuring email enquiries are accurately prioritised, processed, and allocated during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities of this Night Reservations Co-ordinator

• Monitor and manage email queues, ensuring accurate prioritisation to support smooth operational delivery.
• Handle each email with speed and accuracy, following departmental enquiry standards.
• Assess individual guest requirements and convert emails into CRM enquiries.
• Streamline communication trails by linking related emails into single enquiries where appropriate.
• Allocate enquiries fairly and impartially to the most appropriate and/or available Reservations Specialist, using judgement alongside Team Leader guidelines.
• Liaise closely with Team Leaders and Reservations Specialists at shift changes and end of day to ensure continuity and clarity.
