Profile

A successful FP&A Director should have:

  • Professional accounting or financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £110,000 + bonus (there could be flex for the right candidate)
