What will the Payroll & Accounts role involve?

  • End-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across weekly and monthly payroll cycles
  • Accurate processing and verification of timesheets, overtime, and payroll adjustments
  • Strong compliance knowledge, including HMRC reporting (FPS/EPS), statutory payments, and year-end payroll processes
  • Issuing sales invoices and credit control duties, managing aged debtor accounts
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple entities
  • Intercompany recharges

Suitable candidate for the Payroll & Accounts vacancy:

  • Proven experience in payroll management, and financial reconciliation
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams

Additional benefits and information for the role of Payroll & Accounts:

  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
  • 37.5 hours a week
