This role offers excellent exposure across financial accounting, statutory reporting, IFRS 16 lease accounting, budgeting, cash flow reporting, and audit support - making it an ideal next step for someone keen to deepen their technical expertise and progress professionally.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading month-end reporting activities for multiple statutory entities
- Supporting year-end financial close and statutory reporting requirements
- Maintaining and managing IFRS 16 lease accounting records and compliance
- Preparing weekly cash flow reporting and supporting forecasting activities
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting balance sheet reviews
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and overhead analysis
- Supporting internal and external audit processes
- Acting as a key contact for Group Finance queries and reporting requirements
- Working closely with international shared service teams to ensure accounting accuracy
- Supporting regulatory reporting requirements including ONS submissions
- Contributing to finance improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a financial accounting or finance analyst role
- Strong understanding of month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations
- Exposure to or experience with IFRS 16 lease accounting is highly desirable
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, actively progressing studies
- Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
- Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation/reporting systems would be advantageous
