We’re now hiring a Delivery Consultant to help us deliver best-in-class candidates across permanent and contract technology roles for a number of our clients.

Open Role: Delivery Consultant

The role:

You won’t be expected to win business, this is about delivery excellence, where you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to:

• Deliver high-quality shortlists for permanent and contract roles
• Build deep talent pools across Software Engineering and Product Management
• Proactively headhunt and map markets
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end through the full process
• Manage multiple roles at once with pace and quality
• Build long-term candidate relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in tech recruitment delivery
• Strong experience recruiting into Software Engineering, Product and/or Project Delivery roles
• Experience working permanent and/or contract markets
• Exposure to ecommerce, retail, logistics or digital brands
• High standards around candidate quality and process
• Experience working retained or senior-level roles advantageous
• Strong headhunting capability
