Full-Time | Office Based
The Opportunity An established independent financial planning firm is seeking an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with the day-to-day delivery of client services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous financial services or wealth management administration experience looking to develop within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Managing new business submissions and Letters of Authority.
Liaising with providers and third parties to progress cases.
Supporting client onboarding, annual reviews, and adviser administration.
Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems.
Preparing client documentation and assisting with general office administration.
Requirements Previous experience within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning administration role.
Strong understanding of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Experience with financial services systems and FCA processes preferred.
