• Basic wage: £32,000 to £36,000
• Uncapped Commission Scheme: £50,000 to £60,000 OTE

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Team in delivering the overall company plan.
• Plan effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Liaise with internal teams and telesales to ensure accounts run smoothly.
• Provide customers with clear, solution-based advice.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities based on customer needs.
• Execute prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Engage senior executives to support targeted prospect accounts when required.
• Secure new customer accounts and achieve key product listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Increase brand awareness for the client.
• Promote new products and support clearance of legacy lines.
• Represent the business at trade shows and events.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
• Proactively manage retention and regain lost business.
• Sell the full product and service range.
• Maintain competitor awareness.
• Build strong product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate customer data and utilise CRM tools.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Provide reports and updates as required.
• Produce accurate customer quotes to meet sales and margin expectations.
• Manage personal and business mileage claims.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
