Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator on behalf of our valued client, based in Sittingbourne. This Logistics Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

• Managing daily logistics administration, including delivery scheduling, transport documentation, and stock movement records
• Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, warehouse teams, and external transport providers
• Maintaining accurate records within internal systems, ensuring all shipment and delivery information is up to date
• Supporting the wider supply chain team through coordination, reporting, and issue resolution
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times to internal and external stakeholders

About You:

• Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or supply-chain-related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence liaising across multiple teams
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics or warehouse management systems
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a time-critical environment

Salary & Working Pattern:

• Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Fully office-based with flexibility during peak operational periods
