Job description

• Professionally handle calls from customers and partners worldwide
• Log and manage support cases
• Gather key details to help expert teams resolve issues efficiently
• Guide customers and partners on how to log and manage their own cases
• Assign cases to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert teams
• Deliver timely support across phone, email, and case systems
• Provide initial troubleshooting, product guidance, and solutions

Key experience

• Strong communication skills—you can connect with people at all levels
• A natural problem-solver who asks the right questions
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Contact centre experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is helpful, but not required
