The Role 

As Event Coordinator, your role will focus mainly on the delivery of their private event portfolio for their high net worth client base. A broad role, the Event Coordinator position will include:

-          Working directly with the Event Design Manager on a busy portfolio of private events

-          Liaising with high profile clients

-          Managing general event administration

-          Inputting into creative event ideas and brainstorming

-          Working with internal design and production teams

-          Sourcing and coordinating with external suppliers

-          Preparing event documentation

-          Supporting with the delivery of events onsite

 The Candidate

We're looking for candidates who are super ambitious and eager to work in a fast paced event environment with a huge focus on learning. Candidates must be self starters with a solid foundation of events experience; ideally within large scale and high budget private events such as weddings or parties. Candidates from an agency background will be considered, as will those from an event supplier environment such as theming, catering, floristry, etc.
