Based in Bicester our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using various accounting software.

Offering £35,000 per annum.

Duties of the Bookkeeper:

  • Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments.
  • Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income.
  • Process sales, refunds and membership invoices.
  • Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly.
  • Support with month end, providing relevant documentation.

Experience:

  • Previous bookkeeping skills.
  • Experience using Xero is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident on computers.
