Finance Analyst (Transformation Programme)
Location: Near Goole (DN14) – Hybrid (2 days office-based)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2027 (approx. 20 months)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified ACA accountant to play a key role within a high-profile transformation office, partnering with senior finance leaders and regional stakeholders. The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will sit at the heart of the transformation programme, supporting the tracking, reporting, and analysis of both costs and benefits associated with strategic change initiatives. You will work closely with Regional Finance Directors, Finance Business Partners, HR, and Transformation stakeholders to ensure accurate, insightful reporting that drives decision-making.

This role requires someone who is highly analytical, confident handling large datasets, and able to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and reconcile exceptional transformation costs on a monthly basis
• Support the production of transformation reporting for senior stakeholders
• Partner with Group HR on headcount reporting, including regional mapping across transformation workstreams
• Collaborate with Regional Finance Directors and key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial inputs within transformation tracking systems
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insight to support the ongoing delivery of the transformation programme
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial templates and tracking tools for workstream leads
• Produce high-quality management reports and governance papers
• Support stakeholders in the use of transformation reporting systems, particularly around financial data

About You

• ACA qualified (essential)
• Strong Excel skills – confident working with large and complex datasets
• Proven ability to analyse, interpret, and present data in a clear and meaningful way
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage both recurring and ad-hoc workloads
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving transformation environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
