We're working with a respected, client-focused financial planning practice near Sevenoaks to find an exceptional Paraplanner to join their close-knit team. With hybrid working (2 days from home), a competitive salary up to £50,000, and genuine scope to grow toward Chartered status — this is a role worth exploring.

What you'll be doing: Working hand-in-hand with experienced financial advisers, you'll research and craft high-quality suitability reports, support pension, investment, tax and protection planning, and help deliver outstanding outcomes for clients at every stage of their financial journey.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
• 2+ years in a paraplanning or technical IFA role
• Strong grasp of pensions, investments, tax and protection
• Experience with tools like Intelligent Office, FE Analytics or cashflow modelling software
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things right
