Service Planner
Bradford
£28,000 - £32,000

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday finish at 4:30pm
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

I am currently recruiting for a Service Planner opportunity with a well-established business based in Bradford.

This is a fully office-based role within a modern open-plan office environment, supporting a team of remote field engineers across the Yorkshire region.

The role will involve managing engineer schedules and coordinating breakdown and service jobs from beginning to end, including:

• Booking and coordinating engineers
• Requesting and organising parts
• Monitoring job progress and completion
• Managing job sheets and system updates
• Ensuring SLA targets are met
• Handling reactive breakdown situations and prioritising workloads effectively

You will work closely alongside another planner within a collaborative and fast-paced operational environment.

Interview Process:

• 2-stage face-to-face interview process (asap)

This role would suit someone with previous service planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, or reactive customer operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
