Working Pattern

This is a rotating shift role designed to offer structure and variety:

• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-15:00
• Back Shift: Monday-Friday, 13:00-22:00
• Overtime: Saturday mornings, 06:00-12:00
• On-Call Rota: 1 week in every 3 (paid additionally)

Salary & Rewards

• Base Salary: £43,108 per year
• Typical OTE: circa £50,000
• First-Year Earning Potential: up to £54,000, including:
  • £5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after a successful 3-month settling-in period)
  • Expected overtime of £5,000, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
  • Annual performance bonus of up to £2,000

What We're Looking ForEssential

• Qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or strong proven industry experience
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• A safety-first mindset
• A reliable team player with good communication and organisation skills

Desirable (Full Training Provided)

• HGV Class C licence
• ADR qualification
