The Role

We are seeking an Industrial Stitcher to join our clients busy production environment where precision, quality, and attention to detail are key. You will be responsible for stitching and assembling products to exact specifications using a range of industrial sewing machinery. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including Jack machines, Long Arm Stitchers, and Seiko machines
• Stitch and assemble products in line with quality and production standards
• Work from stitching plans and design drawings (full training provided)
• Inspect finished items to ensure accuracy, strength, and durability
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining a clean and safe workspace

About You

• Previous stitching experience is essential (industrial stitching experience is highly desirable)
• Comfortable working from instructions, plans, or drawings
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, hardworking, and keen to develop new skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
