We have an exciting opportunity for an RDQ Technical Data Assistant to join Nomad Foods at our Lowestoft site. This role plays a critical part in supporting the RDQ Technical Data Team, ensuring that raw material, packaging and finished product data remains accurate, compliant and up to date.

Working closely with RDQ, Quality, Supply Units and wider business stakeholders, you will help maintain technical compliance across our portfolio and support the smooth running of specifications and technical information that underpin our supply chain.

This is a detail-focused, essential role where accuracy and collaboration are key to protecting product quality, compliance and business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and management of technical data across raw materials, packaging and finished products
  • Create, update and maintain product and ingredient specifications within internal systems
  • Ensure technical data is accurate, complete and compliant with internal policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards
  • Support compliance with food safety, quality and legal labelling requirements
  • Work closely with RDQ, Quality, Procurement and Supply Units to resolve data queries and challenges
  • Assist with audit preparation and support responses to internal and external audits
  • Maintain organised records and documentation to support compliance and traceability
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the RDQ Technical Data team as required

About you

We’re looking for a well-organised and detail-driven individual who is comfortable working with technical information and systems. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and playing a key role in maintaining high standards across product data and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience working with technical data, specifications or compliance documentation (FMCG or food manufacturing desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
  • Confidence working with data systems, documents and processes
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
