Reed Education are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Graduates from any subject area to join a primary-age specialist provision as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, beginning after the Easter break.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates who are considering careers in teaching, psychology, social work, speech and language therapy, education, youth work, or child development—or for anyone who wants a meaningful role supporting children in their early learning journey.
About the RoleYou will support primary-aged pupils who may have additional learning needs, developmental delays, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The role focuses on helping children build confidence, regulate emotions, engage in learning, and develop key literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Primary settings particularly value graduates for their creativity, communication skills, patience, and ability to model positive learning behaviours.
