The Role Working closely with senior team members and supporting a small team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support within a busy office environment. The role is varied and would suit someone who enjoys being organised, supporting professionals and delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
Providing secretarial and administrative support to senior staff and the wider team
Drafting correspondence and documents
Managing diaries, appointments and client communications
Assisting with file management and general office administration
Handling incoming calls and supporting client queries
Supporting the team with day-to-day office coordination
About You
Previous experience in a secretarial, PA or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional approach to clients
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office
