Finance Assistant - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation operating within a regulated, fast-paced sector. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance, with full training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day finance and administrative activities
• Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and expenses
• Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
• Supporting reconciliations and basic financial reporting
• Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operations
• Liaising with HR, Operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial support
• Learning and developing finance processes with ongoing training and guidance

About You:

• A genuine interest in finance and a desire to build a career in the field
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
• Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and IT systems (training provided where required)
• No previous finance experience required - this role is open to entry-level candidates

The Opportunity:

• Equivalent perm salary circa £27,000 per annum
