Salary: £24,863 plus £5,000 for sleep ins, total £29,863
Contract: Full-time and Permanent

About the Role

Our client is a growing and supportive children’s social care provider seeking Residential Support Workers to join their home in Shirebrook. Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
• Good standard of written and spoken English
• Flexibility to work long days (10:00–22:00), sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis
• GCSEs (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children or in health & social care is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence desirable (or currently working towards one)

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care – desirable
• For unqualified candidates, full support will be provided to gain the qualification after 6 months of satisfactory employment
