Reed Banking is delighted to be partnering with an established international bank to recruit an Operations Officer to join their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional to play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of operational services, ensuring a high standard of client service and regulatory compliance.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support the daily running of the bank’s operations function, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of banking transactions including payments, cashiering, and fixed-term products
• Maintain client static data and update customer mandates accurately
• Manage client onboarding processes, including account opening and digital banking setup
• Support loan and deposit activities including drawdowns, rollovers, renewals, and repayments

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a banking operations role
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, including accounts, payments, and deposits
• Understanding of SWIFT and payment processing systems
