Overview

A luxury brand is seeking a Clienteling Commercial Assistant to support the delivery of targeted client engagement campaigns. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, improving conversion, and enhancing client retention through data-led outreach.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end clienteling campaigns (planning, content, execution, analysis)

Support personalised client communications across key campaigns and activations

Work with Marketing and Studio teams on campaign content and planning calendars

Analyse performance data and weekly trade reports to generate insights

Conduct competitor analysis and identify best practice

Support retail teams with clienteling tools and guidelines


Requirements

Experience in marketing, CRM, clienteling or customer engagement

Strong organisational and project management skills

Comfortable working with data and performance reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
