Operations & Network Support Role (Sales Support)

Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience + benefits (£63k+ OTE)

An opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing UK operation within the mobility and automotive space. This is a newly created role supporting the build-out of national infrastructure, processes, and partner relationships as the business scales.

You’ll be working in a lean, delivery-focused environment where structure is still being shaped — ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and influence rather than rigid hierarchy.

The Role

Working closely with central teams and external partners, you’ll support day-to-day operational activity across the UK network. Responsibilities will include coordination, data handling, process support, and acting as a reliable point of contact between stakeholders.

Broadly, this will suit someone with experience in:

  • Operations, network support, dealer support, or business administration
  • Coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining standards, documentation, and reporting
  • Working within a growing or change-driven environment

The scope is deliberately wide and will evolve as the business expands.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
  • £900 Monthly Bonus Scheme
  • 15% company bonus following successful completion of probation
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Company pension with employer contribution (6%)
  • Private health insurance and life assurance

EV Car Scheme (Highly Tax Efficient)

Employees have access to a fully managed electric vehicle scheme via salary sacrifice:

  • Ultra-low 2% Benefit-in-Kind taxation
  • Insurance, servicing, maintenance, breakdown and road tax included
  • Optional family member usage
  • Car parking covered up to £200 per month
  • Typical net value equivalent to £6,000–£8,000 per year compared to private leasing (tax-dependent)

Why This Role

  • Join at an early stage — real influence, not just execution
  • Faster progression than traditional, fully-layered organisations
  • Exposure to senior decision makers
  • Processes still being designed — your input matters
  • A pragmatic, adult culture with flexibility where it counts

Ideal Background

This role is best suited to someone already working within the automotive, EV, or OEM environment, who understands how manufacturer-led networks operate in practice.

Relevant experience may include:

  • OEM, importer, or national sales company (NSC) environments
  • EV or new-energy vehicle operations
  • Dealer network support, operations, standards, or performance roles
  • Aftersales, sales operations, network development, or central support functions
  • Experience working with franchised dealer partners and third-party suppliers

You’ll be comfortable navigating OEM processes, balancing central expectations with dealer realities, and operating in a brand-led, compliance-aware environment. Experience supporting or scaling a growing network — particularly within a newer or evolving brand — will be advantageous.

If you’re looking for something with substance, visibility, and room to grow — without the politics of legacy structures — this is worth a conversation.
