An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly respected multi-family office based in Mayfair, supporting a sophisticated portfolio of Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

This organisation provides bespoke wealth management and financial planning services to clients with investable assets typically ranging from £25m to £500m. Many clients have recently experienced significant liquidity events (including business sales and M&A), making this a dynamic and intellectually engaging environment.

This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for an experienced IFA professional who thrives in a high-touch, service-driven environment and enjoys managing and developing teams.


The Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class client experience while supporting financial planners and leading a team of client service professionals.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism, accuracy, and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with UHNW clients
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for client queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Overseeing the delivery of all client service activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supporting Financial Planners with client meetings, reporting, and financial planning implementation
  • Coordinating the preparation and delivery of client documentation and reports
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of client service administrators
  • Driving continuous improvement in client service processes and standards


About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within an IFA / wealth management environment
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in a whole-of-market financial planning setting
  • Prior experience leading or managing a team is essential
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and client lifecycle
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
