An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to support a leading Dispute Resolution practice within a global legal environment.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and international teams, the successful candidate will lead strategic BD and marketing initiatives, client targeting, profile-raising campaigns and cross-selling opportunities across the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting and delivering BD strategy and business plans
• Managing client relationships and targeting opportunities
• Delivering integrated BD and marketing campaigns
• Coordinating pitches, proposals, directories and awards submissions
• Producing marketing collateral and digital content
• Supporting lawyers with BD training and best practice

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive BD/marketing experience within professional services
• Experience working within the disputes sector
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach
