Service Technician Basic Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £49,850 (performance-based: efficiency & team profit) Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week (rota including weekends)

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join a high-performing aftersales team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality servicing and maintenance work, working to manufacturer standards, and developing their technical expertise - including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work across a range of vehicles to manufacturer standards * Complete routine servicing as well as more involved mechanical work, including timing belt and component replacements * Perform electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and provide clear, accurate reports * Ensure all work is completed efficiently and right first time * Accurately complete digital job cards and service records in line with compliance requirements * Work collaboratively with workshop control and service teams to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* IMI / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair * Proven experience as a Service Technician within a professional workshop environment * Strong mechanical skills with a consistent, quality-focused approach * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * MOT Licence desirable (training available if required) * A proactive attitude towards ongoing training and career development
