Full-Time Positions | UK Curriculum Schools | Overseas Opportunity

Reed is currently working in partnership with a number of well-established UK curriculum schools in Cyprus and is seeking experienced, Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are looking to broaden their experience internationally while continuing to work within the British education system.

The Role

Teaching Assistants will be placed in supportive and reputable school environments, working alongside experienced teaching staff to support pupils across a range of age groups. Positions are long-term and full time, offering consistency and professional development.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom and in small group settings
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Providing additional support to pupils with SEN where required
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
• Adhering to safeguarding and school policies at all times

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent and relevant experience working in UK schools
• Strong communication skills and confidence supporting pupils
• A flexible, proactive and professional approach
• Willingness and ability to relocate abroad for work
