Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership in Manufacturing

Skills & Experience Needed for Manufacturing Technical Management Success

• Significant experience within a technical or engineering management role, ideally within fast-moving consumer goods, electronics, or similar high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of driving technical improvements by implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, develop and empower colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
