Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting for a leading public sector organisation in Sheffield as they look to recruit a HR Advisor on an initial 3 month basis, with a potential extension.

HR Advisor - Immediate Start 
Sheffield, Hybrid

Flexible Hours
Full Time / Part Time - Would consider someone on a part-time basis 3-4 days per week 

As part of the People Service Team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is confident coaching stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of HR support via a ticketing system and shared inbox, responding to a wide range of queries
  • Triage and manage employee relations cases, escalating where appropriate
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on absence management and day-to-day HR matters
  • Support on a variety of ER cases, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all casework is logged and tracked effectively
