• Design and produce creative visual content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to develop engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are optimised for various digital formats and devices.
• Work on improving user experience through intuitive and visually appealing design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge in the retail industry.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Maintain organised design files and assets for future use.

Profile

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, particularly in digital formats.
• Confident in video editing
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience working in the retail or similar industry is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current design trends and their application in the digital space.
• You'll be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager
