Role Requirements

• Preparing accounts using a balance sheet approach for a varied client portfolio.
• Engaging with clients to provide support and advice, enhancing your CPD opportunities.
• Working with cloud-based accounting software and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Collaborating with colleagues in a positive team environment, contributing to practice initiatives and meetings.
• Assisting with internal projects and process improvements.

Personal Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a UK accounting practice.
• Proficient in preparing accounts and comfortable with balance sheet accounting.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software preferred (training provided if required).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
