£37,000 – £45,000 + benefits

The role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR across the group, ensuring everything runs smoothly while continuously improving processes in a practical, commercially sensible way.

You’ll be involved in:

• Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit
• Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters
• Leading on employee relations cases (performance, absence, conduct, grievance)
• Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and compliance
• Supporting performance, development and manager capability
• Overseeing recruitment and working with hiring managers to attract talent
• Maintaining HR systems, data and reporting for leadership insight

What we are looking for

• Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within an SME environment
• Confident handling a wide range of HR issues independently
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
• Practical, down-to-earth approach with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible in the business
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

• 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service, pro rata)
