Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will be:


* Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters including asset management disputes

* Managing dilapidation's claims, rights of light and rights of way issues

* Advising on restrictive covenants and complex land disputes

* Acting for major developers, investment funds and public sector clients

* Providing clients with strategic advice on risk and dispute resolution

* Working closely with colleagues across a national property disputes team

* Managing cases from inception through to resolution

* Building strong client relationships and delivering a high-quality service

Profile

The Property Litigation Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor ideally with 2-5 years PQE

* Experienced in property litigation or commercial real estate disputes

* Commercially aware with strong analytical skills

* Confident managing a varied caseload

* A strong communicator with excellent client-facing ability
