My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of managed properties. As a Property Manager, you will collaborate within a small team, with the flexibility to work independently when needed. Your primary role will be to provide support to the lettings department and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Role overview:

• Position: Property Manager
• Location: Central London, Full time onsite
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm; Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
• Basic salary: £37,500 per annum
• Commission: 10% on revenue generated from maintenance works
