Job Description – Service Advisor 

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to act as a key point of contact between internal teams and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding service, communicating clearly, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience within the service department
• Engage with customers in a prompt, courteous, and confident manner, ensuring their requirements are fully understood
• Manage bookings for services
• Provide clear advice on service-related or technical issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-first approach at all times

• Highly organised and customer-driven
• Comfortable liaising between customers and internal teams
