The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building expertise in the policy and public affairs sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
• Building relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout the recruitment process
• Working with organisations to understand their hiring needs
• Developing deep knowledge of the policy and public affairs landscape
• Building and managing your own client and candidate network
• Working towards revenue targets

About You:

• Degree educated
• Evidence of achievement or commitment (sport, academics, societies, work experience, etc.)
• Ambitious and motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
