We're looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join a high-growth consumer brand operating within the sports and lifestyle space. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who loves structure, takes pride in detail, and enjoys working with a broad mix of people and projects.
You'll be at the heart of a busy partnerships function keeping relationships running smoothly, coordinating logistics flawlessly, and bringing order to a wide range of moving parts. If spreadsheets, timelines and well-run processes bring you satisfaction, you'll feel right at home.
What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a key point of contact for a portfolio of external partners, ensuring strong relationships and smooth day-to-day delivery
• Coordinating onboarding for new partners, including product, assets and campaign logistics
• Keeping central records, contracts, trackers and schedules accurate and up to date
• Supporting campaigns and content activity in collaboration with internal creative teams
• Tracking partnership activity and performance, gathering insights and maintaining clear reporting
• Helping review and assess inbound partnership opportunities
• Supporting and attending events, activations and industry moments throughout the year

This is a role where no two days look the same; you'll be juggling priorities, anticipating needs and quietly ensuring everything happens on time and to plan.
