Location: West London (near Ealing) | Salary: £35,000-£37,000 | Shifts: 4 on/4 off, 7am-7pm

Key agenda of the role:

• Lead concierge/front-of-house team
• Drive service standards & resident satisfaction
• Manage rotas, holidays, sickness & lateness
• Oversee day-to-night handovers
• Handle high-volume operational workload
• Work with site leadership to streamline operations
