About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Purchasing & Logistics Buyer to manage supplier relationships, ensure timely procurement of materials, and support efficient logistics operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining supply continuity and optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate, and place purchase orders with suppliers
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Manage supplier performance, pricing, and delivery terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, warehousing)
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery or logistics issues
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records

Requirements

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain/logistics
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
