AV Service Engineer - London

£37,000 to £45,000

We are recruiting for an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to support corporate clients across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, auditoriums, and event environments.

The role will involve fault finding, servicing, and preventative maintenance of modern AV and video conferencing systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet Rooms, and BYOD solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve AV system faults on client sites
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits
• Support meeting room and collaboration technologies
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Deliver a high level of customer service

Experience Required:

• Experience supporting AV systems in corporate environments
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of video conferencing and meeting room technologies
• Customer-facing experience
• Full UK driving licence preferred
