We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Account Manager to join a growing European team supporting independent consultants and community leaders across international markets.

This role focuses on relationship management, business support and strategic guidance for a network of consultants, helping them develop their businesses and maximise performance within a dynamic direct-to-consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and community leaders
  • Provide guidance on business development and sales strategies
  • Support consultants in understanding incentive and compensation programmes
  • Monitor performance and recognise key achievements within the network
  • Respond to consultant enquiries and provide accurate business support
  • Facilitate conference calls, communications and recognition programmes
  • Act as a key point of contact between consultants and corporate teams
Candidate Profile
  • Native or fluent Spanish and English
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing and solutions-focused personality
  • Ability to support entrepreneurs and independent consultants
  • Experience in customer success, account management or community management
  • Background in direct selling, retail, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
