We’re partnering with a global sourcing business to find a commercially driven Sales Manager to support and grow a key fashion brand account.

The Role
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll act as the link between brand, sourcing teams, and suppliers, driving product from concept through to delivery—while maximising commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing key client and supplier relationships
- Working closely with global sourcing teams to build competitive product ranges
- Identifying new opportunities and converting them into sales
- Supporting negotiations on cost, lead times, and delivery
- Analysing sales performance and spotting areas for growth
- Driving product development from concept to production
- Managing critical paths to ensure on-time delivery
- Acting as a problem-solver—keeping everything moving smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in apparel or footwear sourcing
- Background in product development, buying, merchandising, or supplier environments
- Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of costing, margins, and negotiation
- Confident communicator who can influence and sell ideas
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
