They are now looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to play a key role in supporting their Advisers & Paraplanners.

The role:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to be a key point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-lasting relationships and becoming an integral part of a high-performing team.
• Maintaining high-quality, accurate and up to date client data.
• Working within established processes and procedures to deliver an outstanding client service.
• Meeting agreed turnaround times and team service standards.
• Liaising with product providers and other third parties to progress cases efficiently.
• Preparing documentation and packs for client meetings.
• Conducting planning and product research.
• Submitting new business and following it through to prompt conclusion.

To apply:

• You must have previous experience as an IFA Administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, spelling, grammar and accuracy.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Intelliflo Office and the Transact platform advantageous
• Previous experience mentoring/coaching others a distinct advantage.
