Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation within the energy sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join a fast-paced team with strong long-term career prospects.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy operational team
• Coordinate equipment hire, logistics, and returns
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and suppliers
• Process orders, quotations, and maintain accurate system records
• Assist with scheduling and ensure smooth operational flow
• Handle general enquiries via telephone and email

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships
• Good IT skills and experience using internal systems
• Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
