Are you highly organised, detail-orientated and great at keeping multiple plates spinning? We are thrilled to be managing the recruitment for a respected international consultancy business in South Leicestershire, in recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator on a permanent basis. You’ll be part of an exciting business that offers a great working environment and culture and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating the consultants across the UK as part of a wider team.

What You’ll Be Doing

*   Plan and schedule safety audits—allocating work based on competence, availability, location and client priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling challenges.  

*   Arrange global travel requirements with travel partners and ensure auditors receive accurate itineraries and diary support.  

*   Maintain accurate records across business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and client audit portals.  

*   Communicate with clients and internal teams—providing updates, supporting KPIs, and acting as the first point of escalation for customer queries.  

*   Support general administrative duties to keep the Operations Team running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

*   Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.  

*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

*   Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.  

*   Experience in food safety, quality assurance, auditing or scheduling (desirable but not essential).

*   IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office; scheduling tools advantageous.

*   Commercial awareness and sound decision-making capability.

*   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues.  

*   Solid grasp of geographical locations.  

* Due to the location of the company, you will need your own transport.

Where You’ll Work

*   Rural office location in South Leicestershire- car will be required  

*   Hybrid working available: up to two days per week from home after successful completion of six-month probation.
