• We’re looking for a commercially minded, insight-driven Consumer Insights Manager to join a high-performing, passionate global team at an exciting stage of growth.

Role:

• As a Consumer Insight Manager, you will embed the voice of the consumer at the heart of portfolio, brand and innovation strategy
• Lead end-to-end consumer insight projects, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner closely with Global Brand, Innovation, Category & Shopper, and Regional Marketing teams
• Deliver insight that informs breakthrough campaigns, innovation pipelines and investment decisions
• Leverage syndicated data, primary research and performance metrics to explain market dynamics and growth drivers
• Play a highly visible role supporting both short-term execution and long-term strategy, with a primary focus on EMEA

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Consumer or Market Insights within FMCG or consumer goods
• A proven ability to connect insight with brand growth, innovation and performance
• Confidence owning research from brief through to activation across qualitative and quantitative methods
• A highly analytical mindset combined with clear storytelling and stakeholder influence
• Experience working in global or matrix environments, partnering cross-functionally
• A bias for action, resilience, and the confidence to challenge assumptions when needed
