Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:

• Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
• Supervise the completion of work set by teachers in a range of different subject
• Be a positive influence to students
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health a safety of students in the classroom

The ideal candidate

• Experience working with children in an educational capacity
• A degree or direct experience working as a cover supervisor
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
