The Role
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality client service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full administration process for new and existing business
- Preparing and maintaining client files, valuations and review packs
- Liaising with providers to obtain policy information and process transactions
- Handling LOAs, fund switches, withdrawals and platform-based tasks
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up actions
- Ensuring compliance standards are met and documentation is accurate
- Assisting with workflow improvements and mentoring junior team members
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Strong experience within an IFA/wealth management environment
- Excellent understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
- High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience using platforms and back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo)
