A reputable, highly successful and nicely located boutique Bridging Loan Broker are keen to appoint an experienced Loan Administrator for their office based in Oxford Circus area of London.

Our client is an independent real estate finance business which structures, arranges and delivers innovative finance solutions for real estate investors and developers.

They have strong relationships with all the competitive finance sources/lenders across the capital structure and act on behalf of high net worth individuals, property companies and funds based within the UK and overseas.

The role:

  • Working closely with the director to help administer/process Bridging and similar Real Estate finance loans from initial application/proposal documentation through to completion.
  • Handle daily correspondence/calls and communication from lenders/clients/solicitors etc.
  • Using bespoke IT systems/packages and CRM to accurately manage and process data.

The role is offered on a full time basis, 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with a competitive basic salary and a fantastic opportunity to develop long term.
